Today first day of work back at Scneider, was actually feeling nervous and anxious of what awaits me. Really it did not disappoint me

My new assignement and job scope is far tougher than my previous one. And my first task today is to consolidate and complete the Balance scorecard by the end of the day. The former is much easier, just making phonecalls to chase people for their parts.

But doing the report is so hard, so very difficult. I really am impress by the person who is able to simpified the BSC into such simpilfied form that us ignorant students are able to understand and even wrote about how to use it in our exams.

But in real life, it is definitely hundreds times much more difficult. Yes the basic theory is there, bottom up approach etc, but i simply cant apply what i learn in school in my work today. Coz there totally no linkage.

Thus i spend the whole day perspiring in anxiety trying to do the strange and yet so familiar BSC
